Let us know what you can do to prepare for deep sleep in peace :
1. Take a bath recovered from outside back.
2. Eat a glass of warm milk.
3. Before going to bed quite a bit of TV , turn off the computer.
4. Plan your next day’s work.
5. Please eat dinner before going to bed.
6. Try not to worry.
7. Please note that bed room is not filled with useless pile of things.
8. Go to bed soon within 10 to 11 pm.
9. Don’t drink tea or coffee after evening .
10. Listen soft music.
However, try to follow all of them and hope you’ll enjoy your sleep well .
